A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, where she studied with acclaimed pianist Gary Versace, Annie’s training is rooted in jazz, but her playing draws on influences from indie pop to classical to rock and roll. As a performer, she has led and played in a wide range of groups, including her own jazz trio, The Sonic Alchemists, and her pop-jazz group Seldon. She also serves as music director and pianist for songwriter Isabel Dumaa, performing at festivals, on international tours, and as an opener for Grammy Award–winning artists such as Benson Boone and Mark Ambor. The only thing Annie loves more than playing the piano is teaching it. Currently pursuing his M.M. in Piano Performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Chris is passionate about making classical music cool, accessible, and inspiring for audiences and students alike. He earned his B.A. in Piano Performance, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music, where he was recognized as one of the Outstanding Graduates of the Class of 2021. In addition to solo and ensemble performance, he has participated in major summer music festivals across North America and Europe. He has also performed with orchestras such as the LACHSA Symphony and Variations Havana Chamber Orchestra. Aside from solo work, Christian is an active chamber musician and composer. His original compositions can be heard in short films and video games. Christian has an M.M. in Piano Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and received his B.M. in Piano Performance on full-scholarship from NYU. Prior to his collegiate studies, Christian attended The Colburn School in Los Angeles. He is also an accomplished violinist and past member of the NYU Symphony Orchestra and Park Avenue Chamber Symphony.
