Email invitations have been sent to all active students and parents. If you have’t received one, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist. The new portal is available here.

Yes! Your contact information, scheduled lessons, and valid makeup credits in our previous system have been transferred. However, if you see any discrepancy on your account please let us know as soon as possible.

No. Past lessons and invoices (before January 2026) have been backed up, but are not in the new system.

Log into your account, and scroll to “Upcoming Schedule” section. Select the date that you would like to cancel, and click the Cancel button.
Review the terms and conditions and confirm the cancellation by clicking Continue with Cancellation.

Scroll to Credits section to see if you have makeup credits available. If you have credits on your account, click the Use button to schedule your visit.
Select a staff member for your makeup lesson.
Select the date for your makeup lesson.
Select a time slot for your makeup lesson.
Click on the Book button to continue.
Review the terms and conditions and select the checkbox to accept makeup lesson terms.
Click on the Book button to confirm your makeup lesson.

If you do not yet have an active makeup credit in your account, you may view all your teacher’s open makeup lesson slots by visiting our Flex Weeks booking link.
Please note that makeup lessons are only bookable if you have a credit in your account. On your Profile page, scroll to the Credits section to see if you have makeup credits available. -
Once you’ve logged in, to the right of your profile tile you will see a “Comments” section. Click “Leave a Comment” in order to send a message to your teacher, then select Post. Please note that this is channel is used for lesson-related purposes only. For scheduling- or billing-related matters, please contact studio@plumrosepiano.com.

Click the credit card icon on the upper left of your profile tile. Here you can see the credit card(s) that you have on file. You can add multiple cards and delete expired cards.

Click on the Edit (pencil) icon to the left of your profile tile.
Edit your information as needed.
Click on Add Phone Number to add or edit your phone number.
Toggle each checkbox to turn on/off Email and SMS/text notifications to your preferences. Be careful though—you don't want to miss important communications!
Click Update to finalize your changes.

Scroll down on your profile page to the Subscriptions section and click the Review/accept terms button.
Review the studio policies and toggle the Agreed button to accept.
Click the Submit button to accept the terms and conditions.
To later review the terms and conditions you accepted, scroll down on your profile page to the Subscriptions section and on the subscription you want to review, click the Review terms button.

Click on the Calendar icon to the left of your profile tile.
Click on Proceed and follow prompts.

Scroll down to the Invoices section of your profile page.
Click See All Invoices.
Click the Details button for the invoice you're interested in.
Click Save as PDF.
