Flex-Pass Policy

The Plumrose Flex-Pass is designed to provide high-quality musical instruction with the flexibility required for a modern adult schedule. Method books and additional music may be purchased from the studio at cost.

All Flex-Pass lessons are self-booked via the Student Portal at the student’s convenience, and lesson slots are first-come, first-served. A Flex-Pass does not guarantee a recurring weekly time slot. Lesson slots are bookable up to 30-days in advance.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made via the Student Portal at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice for any reason (including illness, work conflicts, or travel) will be deducted from your Flex-Pass balance. If your instructor must cancel a scheduled lesson, your Flex-Pass credit will be returned to your account immediately, and you will not be charged.

To ensure consistent musical progress and studio sustainability:
Single Lessons expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
5-Lesson Passes expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
10-Lesson Passes expire 9 months from the date of purchase.

Flex-Passes are non-refundable. However, they are transferable. If you cannot use your remaining credits, you may gift them to a friend or family member for use at our Laurel Heights or Parkside locations.

Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the original time to respect the next student’s slot.

We prioritize your creative well-being. If you have been unable to practice, we encourage you to attend your lesson regardless. We will use the time for sight-reading, theory, or "active practice" coaching.
