We’re excited to re-launch our PPS Composer Competition this summer! Students of all levels are invited to showcase their talents and creativity by writing their own original piano compositions. Students will work one on one with their teacher to create an original piece of music that matches the theme (including notating and performing). Compositions will be judged by Senior Teachers Abby Baker, Jason Zucker, and Ichko Batnasan.
Three winners will be selected and will receive:
Five printed & bound copies of their piano composition
$50 gift card to musicnotes.com
Composition debut at the Fall Studio Recital
Photo recognition at the studio
And the first place winner will also receive
Free one (1) hour long private composition lesson with Matthew Cmiel, Director of the John Adams Young Composers Program at The Crowden School.
